Our automated wire and cable processing allows us to quickly and efficiently create your wire leads and harnesses. We offer high speed ink jet and hot-stamp wire marking for your assemblies, and having diverse customers means that we are familiar with many wire standards and sizes from 30 gauge to 3/0!

Timberline’s reel fed crimping presses offer consistent, quality controlled and efficient wire termination. We are tooled to apply a wide variety of open and closed barrel terminals including AMP, Deutsch, JST, Molex, and Packard!

Sonic welding is the new splicing standard; surpassing mechanical and solder splice methods. Sonic welding allows Timberline to create splices inside your harnesses with a repeatable, quality controlled process. Welding can eliminate the potential terminal failure and seal compromise associated with double crimps, while eliminating messy daisy-chain style wiring.

At Timberline, we build everything from two-wire pigtails to machine and vehicle harnesses with hundreds of wires. Our product development team will create a process for your product appropriate to its complexity and production quantities. This means Timberline has you covered from prototype to full production run!
